About Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-focused Brief therapy uses conversation to bring about therapeutic change. Sessions focus on what you want to achieve rather than focusing on the problem helping you to move forward positively.
Unlike traditional counselling, SFBT sessions do not require you to talk in-depth about your past. Instead, each session aims to focus you on the positive aspects of life and empower you to create a desired outcome to work toward.
